In Introduction to Color Theory which is Part One of this color theory series, we’ll build a strong foundation by exploring primary, secondary, and tertiary colors, then move into discussing classic color schemes including monochromatic, analogous, and complementary combinations. We’ll use example boxes that make each concept easy to understand and apply to your card designs.
We’ll also take a deeper look at advanced complementary schemes—including split-complementary, double-complementary or tetradic, and triadic. The class wraps up with a final review day and a live stream, where everything comes together and questions are answered in real time.
