I actually combined two of the new sets for my cards today. I immediately fell in love with the balloons from the Celebrate set. I mean flowers and balloons. Match made in heaven. In fact I loved it so much I combined them with the flowers from Indigo Roses.
I paired this one with the Swirled Background stencil and some subtle glitter to help the bright colors on the balloons and flowers POP.
For this card I did some subtle ink blending in the center to showcase the fabulous balloons. I also used the Dotted Scallops coverplate for some added interest.
