Hello Crafters!
Welcome to the Hero Arts Spring Catalog Blog Hop!
You should have arrived from the talented Jessica Frist-Ballas but if you’re just stopping by make sure you head over to the Hero Arts Blog so you don’t miss a chance to win!
Hero Arts is generously giving away two $50 gift cards, drawn from the comments left along the hop. Comment on all the blogs for more chances to win! You have until Sunday, February 26 at 11:59pm to enter. The winners will be announced on the Hero Arts blog.
Today I have three cards using the same Secret Garden Fancy Die. Not only can you color it up and use it as a beautiful floral frame the center pops out to be used together or separately! It’s also a wonderful textured background for a gorgeous focal point.
For this card I ink blended a rainbow of reactive inks before splattering on some water and Hero White Iridescent Shimmer Spray. Once it was dry I die cut it using the Secret Garden Fancy Die. Adhere to a white card base, stamp and sentiment, and you’re card is done!
The inside of the die cut was used to create it’s own card. I stacked the die on another die cut out of white for some lift before adhering it to my card base. Sweet, simple, and oh so pretty!
For this card I copic colored the large flower bouquet from Wonderful day and then used the Secret Garden Fancy Die in all white to add some texture to the background. The sentiment was white heat embossed on black this time for a bolder look.
You can see all three cards come to life in the video below.
In addition to the fantastic catalog products being released Hero Arts has also announced their Spring Stamp Along. Of which, I am so blessed to be teaching with all these amazing designers!
Early bird pricing is available through March 15th. Check it out here.
Your next stop on the hop is the amazing Libby Hickson.
Thank you so much for stopping by!
